Refund policy

The only thing we love more than our products is our CUSTOMERS.

While it is highly unlikely, but should you decide to return or exchange the product for another one, all products purchased from Aapnikala ARE ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE/RETURN, IF RETURNED WITHIN 02 DAYS OF PURCHASE.

We provide 100% Refund* when the following criteria is met:

1. Products should be unused, unworn, intact with all the tags.

2. Product should be packed in the original packaging.

Note: 1 In the event of deep discounts Nextgen Retail (Aapnikala) does charge shipping cost while processing refunds. Reason for this is high volume of order and fraudulent orders due to discount deals.

Note 2: In case of COD Order, the COD Handling Fee applied will not be refunded. Only the cost of product will be refunded.
